Default policy change

famexmodI've made a change to the defaulting policy. Previously, I intended to have a default deadline, and people who defaulted before that deadline would still go to pinch hit. Since it's looking like this exchange is going to be much larger than I expected when I started making up the rules on the fly, I've decided that's more than I want to try to keep track of, especially given how hectic things are likely to be around the deadline.
The new policy: If you default, and your assigned person also defaults, you will not go to pinch hit.
A default this year will not affect your eligibility for next year*. Next's year's defaulting policy will depend on how it goes this year.
Also, just as a reminder: You have four and a half hours left to get your nominations in!
*I don't actually know if I'll have the time to run this exchange again next year, but if I can, I will. It's been a lot of fun so far!
